Returns

How do I return an item?

To start a return, email contact.sofella@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
We respond to all return requests within 24–48 hours. If you don’t hear back right away, please be patient — response times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or high‑volume periods.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for us to inspect the item and process your store credit.
You’ll receive an email as soon as your return has been reviewed and your store credit has been issued.

If you haven’t heard from us after that timeframe, please be patient — processing times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or high‑volume periods.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using any shipping method that provides a tracking number so you can follow your package back to us. Sofella is not responsible for lost or untracked return packages.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, you can return your eligible piece for store credit, and then place a new order for the item you want.

This helps us keep inventory accurate and ensures you receive the correct size, color, or style.

How do your sizes run?

Our pieces are true to size unless noted in the product description. If an item runs small or oversized, we'll mention it on the product page. If you need extra guidance, you can also refer to our general sizing chart below.

What if something doesn't fit?

No worries — we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Do you restock sold‑out items?

Some pieces may restock, but many of our styles are limited. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available. You can also sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
