We ship anywhere within the United States, including U.S. territories.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery status

How do I return an item?

To start a return, email return@sofellaboutique.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We respond to return requests within 24–48 hours. Response times may be slightly longer during weekends or holidays.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for us to inspect and process your return. You’ll receive an email once your refund or store credit has been issued.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked return packages.

Can I exchange for a different item?
